This new build development project of two Semi-Detached homes was completed in Summer 2016.

Lingwood Design helped to identify the development potential of this end of cul-de-sac plot, and worked carefully with the existing site levels to deliver two sizeable family homes whilst maintaining good relationships with neighbouring properties, and retaining large and verdant amenity spaces.

Careful setting out of the internal floor heights allowed a full second floor to be delivered within the roof space, providing well balanced and adaptable accommodation.

 

The houses perform very highly in terms of energy rating and acoustic isolation; and we were very pleased to achieve an A rating for energy use, despite there being limited scope for on site renewables.
