The project involves a side and rear extension to a locally listed period property in the St Albans Conservation Area.

On the ground floor, the new dining space features a fully glazed roof over the extent of the side extension to flood the interior with light. 

A WC and utility cupboard were concealed along the side wall and the new kitchen tucks into the end of the house.

A plain monochrome palette provides a simple backdrop to showcase our client's stylish interior fittings, furniture  and artwork.
